Alumni Pusat Pengajian Teknologi Industri (Alumni PPTI) was formed in 1999 with the mission to enhance the close co-operation and relationship between the School of Industrial Technology and its graduates with the view of achieving the advancement and dissemination of knowledge through the sharing of information.  It was revitalized in 2002 when a formal committee consisting of alumni PPTI staff members was set up with the aim to co-ordinate and supervise all the activities of Alumni PPTI.

It acts as a one-stop centre to promote close rapport and interaction between alumni PPTI members besides sharing experience and  providing guidance to all undergraduates and postgraduates of the School of Industrial Technology.  Various activities have been organized by Alumni PPTI since its inception.  These include walk-in job interview,  photo sessions for final year students, orientation of fresh intake of undergraduates, jumble sales, mega sales, career talks, health care awareness campaign, community service and treasure hunt.  Alumni PPTI is planning many more activities in future.  In view of the numerous benefits available to its members,  students from the School of Industrial Technology are strongly encouraged to join Alumni PPTI upon graduation.
